All appointments must be booked online or by phone at least 24 hours in advance.
The cleaning time is an estimated window based on home size and condition.
Services are available Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
2. Access to Property
The client must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
If our technician cannot access the home within 15 minutes of arrival, the service will be considered a lockout, and a $75 fee will apply.
3. Cleaning Time and Team
A single cleaning technician will perform the service unless an additional technician is booked.
Each technician brings all necessary cleaning equipment and eco-friendly supplies.
Cleaning time is up to 3 hours for homes up to 1500 sq ft.
4. What’s Included
Cleaning of visible and exterior surfaces: kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
For deep cleaning or additional requests (inside oven, fridge, windows, laundry, etc.), please select add-ons during booking or contact our office.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a $75 cancellation fee.
6. Payment
Payment is due arrival service via credit/debit card on file.
We reserve the right to charge the card on file for the booked amount after service completion.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours. We’ll return to re-clean the area at no additional charge.
8. Safety & Liability
Our technicians do not move heavy furniture, climb ladders over 2 steps, or handle hazardous materials.
Trustworthy Cleaning Services is fully insured and bonded, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or fragile items not disclosed before cleaning.
9. Recurring Services
Recurring cleanings are offered weekly, bi-weekly, or every 4 weeks at discounted rates.
Changes to frequency may adjust pricing.
10. Additional Fees
Additional technician: $50/hour.
Excessively dirty homes or larger areas may require extra time and incur additional charges, discussed before service.
