The three moments we get called
- Before photos. The single highest-return clean there is. Glass, floors and surfaces are what a camera picks up, and a listing lives or dies on the first image.
- Before showings and the open house. A quick reset between visits — bathrooms, kitchen, floors and touchpoints.
- After closing, before handover. The empty property cleaned to the standard the buyer will inspect, so the final walkthrough does not turn into a negotiation.
What buyers notice
Not the things sellers worry about. In a walkthrough people open the oven, the refrigerator, the cabinets under the sink and the closets. They run a hand along a counter. They look at the shower grout and the window tracks.
Those are the surfaces that decide whether a house reads as cared-for, and they are exactly what a standard clean skips. On a listing we do those first.
