What a move-out cleaning includes
Room by room, this is what the team does in an empty home. Nothing here is an add-on — it is the service.

What is not included
So there are no surprises, these are the jobs that are not part of a move-out clean:
- Walls and ceilings beyond spot cleaning. Full wall washing and paint touch-ups are a different trade.
- Carpet extraction. Carpets are vacuumed as part of the clean; deep extraction is a separate service we also offer.
- Exterior work — garages, patios, driveways and siding. Pressure washing is booked separately.
- Hauling furniture, appliances or anything left behind.
- Damage repair — chipped tile, broken fixtures, holes in drywall.
