Clean first, then disinfect
Every disinfecting visit starts with cleaning the surface: remove the soil, then apply the product, then leave it there. That last part is the one almost everyone skips.
Disinfectants need contact time — the surface has to stay visibly wet for the number of minutes on the label. Spraying and wiping immediately looks like disinfecting and is not. Our teams are trained to apply and wait, which is why a disinfecting visit takes longer than a standard one.
