What we do in an industrial space
- Floor scrubbing. Machine scrubbing of concrete and sealed floors, including the aisles that a mop never reaches properly.
- High dusting. Beams, joists, pipe runs, light fixtures and the tops of racking — where the dust that keeps landing on your product actually comes from.
- Racking and shelving. Exterior surfaces and uprights, around your stock, never through it.
- Dock and staging areas. Swept and scrubbed, debris cleared.
- Office and break areas. The front of the building gets the same treatment as any office we clean.

Can you work around our production shifts?
Yes. We schedule against production, not across it: between shifts, on a weekend, or zone by zone so one aisle is being cleaned while the rest keeps running. Send us your site rules — PPE, forklift traffic, lockout zones — in writing before the first visit.
Do you do hazardous material or confined space work?
No. Hazardous material handling, spill response, confined space entry and machinery cleaning that needs lockout/tagout belong to specialists certified and insured for it. We will tell you plainly when a job is theirs rather than ours.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
Yes. Everyone who enters your building has passed a background check, and they are our employees — not day labor pulled from an app. We carry general liability and workers' compensation, and we can send the certificates to your property manager before the first visit.
Do you work after hours or during the business day?
Whichever suits the building. Most offices prefer us after close, when the floor is empty. Buildings with public traffic often want someone visible during the day instead, which is a day porter. We can also combine both.
How do you handle keys, alarm codes and building access?
Under a written protocol, with named people on it — never a key left somewhere for whoever shows up. If your building uses badges, a lockbox or a sign-in desk, we follow that instead. It is the kind of arrangement your insurer is comfortable with.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes, everything: equipment, products and consumables. If you would rather we use a specific product, or stock your own paper and soap, we work with that too — just tell us during the walkthrough.
