We have cleaned Austin buildings since 2004 — offices off MoPac, clinics in Cedar Park, retail on South Congress, and warehouses out past 183. Different buildings, same promise: the crew that cleans yours is the same crew every week, they are background-checked and insured, and there is one person whose phone you can call when something is wrong.
- Background-checked, insured crewsOur employees, not day labor. General liability and workers' comp on file.
- One named supervisorSomeone who knows your building, walks it monthly and answers the phone.
- A written scope, a fixed priceRoom by room, task by task. It does not change without your signature.
What a commercial clean covers
Every contract is written from a walkthrough, not from a template. This is the baseline, and it moves depending on what the building does.
- Trash and recycling pulled from every station, liners replaced
- Restrooms cleaned, disinfected and restocked — paper, soap, liners
- Break rooms: counters, sinks, tables, appliance exteriors, microwave inside
- Floors vacuumed and hard floors mopped, with edges and corners done, not skipped
- Touchpoints disinfected: door handles, light switches, elevator buttons, railings, shared keyboards and phones when you want them
- Glass: entry doors, interior partitions and fingerprints at hand height
- Desks and surfaces dusted around what people leave out, never through it
- Conference rooms reset — table wiped, chairs pushed in, whiteboard cleared if you ask

Why Austin businesses switch
Almost nobody calls us because their cleaner missed a trash can. They call because of one of these four:
- The crew changes every week. Nobody learns the building, so nobody notices what is wrong with it.
- Nobody answers after hours. A problem at 9pm becomes a problem on Monday.
- The scope quietly shrank. What was quoted in January is not what is being done in June.
- Nobody is checking. There is no supervisor and no walkthrough, so the standard drifts until somebody complains.
We run a named supervisor per account, a monthly walkthrough with you, and a written scope that does not change without you signing off on it.

Schedules we run
- Nightly. After close, five or seven nights. The most common for offices over 10,000 sq ft.
- Two or three nights a week. For smaller offices and professional suites.
- Weekly. Low-traffic spaces, studios and showrooms.
- Day porter. Somebody on site during business hours. See day porter services.
- One-time and seasonal. Before an inspection, after an event, or a deep clean once a quarter on top of the nightly scope.

What it costs
Commercial pricing is not a per-square-foot sticker. It comes out of four things: the size of the space, how many nights a week, how much restroom and break-room traffic the building takes, and what kind of floors you have. A 4,000 sq ft office cleaned three nights a week is a different number from a 4,000 sq ft clinic cleaned five.
We walk the building, write the scope, and give you a fixed monthly price. If the scope changes, the price changes with your signature on it — not before.
Tell us the square footage, how many nights a week you need us and what time the building empties, and we come back with a number for your building — no walkthrough fee, no obligation. Call or text 512-350-9727.
How to start your commercial cleaning in Austin
We walk the building
Free, and it takes about twenty minutes. We look at the square footage, the floors, the restrooms and the traffic — the four things that actually set the price.
You get a written scope and a fixed price
Room by room, task by task, with how often each one happens. A fixed monthly number, not an hourly rate that drifts.
The same crew, every visit
Background-checked, insured and in uniform, with one named supervisor who walks the building with you every month.
Why Austin chooses Trustworthy Cleaning
Cleaning buildings across Central Texas since 2004.
The same crew, every visit
They learn the building: which rooms get used, which door sticks, which conference room always needs a reset.
Keys and alarms handled properly
A written key and alarm protocol with named people on it, the kind your insurer is comfortable with.
Serving Central Texas since 2004
More than twenty years cleaning in Austin and San Antonio. We know what hard water does to a restroom and what cedar season does to a lobby.
Background-checked, insured crews
Everyone who enters your building has passed a background check. They are employees, not day labor pulled from an app, and we carry general liability and workers' comp.
One supervisor you can call
A named person per account who knows your building, walks it with you every month, and answers the phone after hours.
A written scope that does not drift
Room by room, task by task, with the frequency of each one. It does not change without your signature — which is how most contracts quietly shrink.

Commercial Cleaning questions, answered
What kinds of buildings do you clean in Austin?
Professional offices and coworking floors, medical and dental practices, retail and showrooms, warehouses and light industrial, schools, churches and community buildings, gyms and studios. If you are not sure yours fits, call and ask.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
Yes. Everyone who enters your building has passed a background check, and they are our employees — not day labor pulled from an app. We carry general liability and workers' compensation, and we can send the certificates to your property manager before the first visit.
Do you work after hours or during the business day?
Whichever suits the building. Most offices prefer us after close, when the floor is empty. Buildings with public traffic often want someone visible during the day instead, which is a day porter. We can also combine both.
How do you handle keys, alarm codes and building access?
Under a written protocol, with named people on it — never a key left somewhere for whoever shows up. If your building uses badges, a lockbox or a sign-in desk, we follow that instead. It is the kind of arrangement your insurer is comfortable with.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes, everything: equipment, products and consumables. If you would rather we use a specific product, or stock your own paper and soap, we work with that too — just tell us during the walkthrough.
What happens if something is not done right?
Tell your supervisor and we come back and fix it. Every account has one named supervisor who knows the building and answers the phone, so you are not explaining the problem to a call center that has never been there.
